Remarks
Eponymy: The species is named in honor of the distinguished Mexican historian Dr. Enrique Florescano-Mayet for his determined and enthusiastic support for the research and education project on endemic, rare and notable plant species of Veracruz in the light of the celebration to honor Mexico’s 100-year anniversary of the revolution and 200 years of independence.
